Meet Kitty Hackel
My passion for supporting mothers grew from both my professional experience and my personal journey into motherhood.
Through my work as a nurse and lactation consultant, I’ve seen how much difference the right support can make during pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks with a baby.
I’ve also seen how many women walk into labour feeling unsure or frightened simply because they haven’t been given the knowledge and guidance they deserve.
This is why I’m passionate about helping mothers feel:
informed about their choices
confident in their bodies
supported through each stage of their journey
Because birth should not feel overwhelming — it should feel supported.

My Philosophy
Every birth journey is unique.
There is no single “perfect” way to give birth or feed your baby. What matters most is that you feel supported, respected, and confident in your decisions.
My role is to walk alongside you with:

Compassionate Guidance.

Evidence-based Information.

Calm reassurance.
So you can approach birth and motherhood with greater confidence and peace of mind.
Let's Connect
Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating feeding challenges, or simply looking for reassurance along the way, you don’t have to do it alone.
I’d love to support you on your journey into motherhood.
A Mother First
While my professional training is important, one of the most meaningful parts of my work comes from my own experience as a mother.
Being a mum to four has taught me that motherhood is beautiful, challenging, emotional, and deeply transformative.
It has also taught me how powerful it is when mothers feel supported rather than judged, and informed rather than overwhelmed.
That’s the kind of support I strive to provide for every family I work with.
Learn With Me on YouTube
I regularly share guidance on birth preparation, breastfeeding support AND navigating the early days of motherhood on Youtube.
These videos are designed to help you feel more prepared, informed, and confident as you welcome your baby.
