Set in a calm, beautifully restored space surrounded by nature, this is a place designed for slowing down and stepping out of the usual pace of things.

Not the rushed breath between school runs, feeds, and everything that pulls at you…

But a proper, full exhale where you felt supported, seen, and completely yourself.

A Space Just for You

The Exhale is a gentle, nourishing half-day retreat created for mothers who need a bit of space to pause, soften, and reconnect.

What the day will include:

A warm welcome with tea and time to settle in

A guided meditation to help you land in your body

A relaxed, supportive sharing circle (as much or as little as you like)

Gentle, guided movement with Anna

A nourishing, home-prepared lunch

An open Q&A with Kitty — birth, motherhood, whatever is on your mind

A slow, grounding closing to leave you feeling calm and steady

A small goodie bag to take a little piece of the day home with you

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about being looked after for a change.

A space where you don’t have to be “on.” Where you can just be.

Hosted by Kitty (birth worker, IBCLC, antenatal educator) and Anna ( Pilates instructor and specialist in pre and postnatal movement)bringing together experience, care, and a real understanding of motherhood.

Spaces are limited to keep it small and personal.
